To support the continuation and development of the Supported Employment Service, which has been running by the Theotokos Foundation since 1997. The Supported Employment Service is a custom model of vocational guidance for disabled people, which involves the professional development of the disabled, finding employers, job analysis, job matching, job training, identification of colleague supporters and maintenance of the job through continuous social training support, both to the disabled and their families.

The Theotokos Foundation was founded in 1983, aiming to provide support, special education and training to children and youth, aged 3 to 30, with mental retardation and various developmental deficiencies.  The programs and services offered involve psychological support to the families, counseling for children and parents, early intervention, special education, a variety of training laboratories and supported employment.
