For a mobile mammography unit with a digital mammography system to provide breast cancer screening for women throughout Serbia, particularly in remote areas. In Serbia and Montenegro, breast cancer is the leading cause of premature death in women.  The mobile mammography unit can increase the rate of early detection and, therefore, the survival rate.

Founded in 1993, Lifeline Humanitarian Organization helps people in need throughout Serbia and Montenegro, regardless of religious or ethnic origin. Lifeline provides medicine and medical equipment to hospitals and clinics and other needed supplies to orphanages.  The organization is headquartered in Belgrade and has offices in Athens, Chicago, London, New York and Toronto.
