Partial funding of a three-year project, focusing on climate change, its effects on  archaeological monuments and their protection The project is comprised by three units: a) a roundtable discussion with world experts in the fields of climate change and cultural heritage; b) a travelling exhibition; c) two summer field school programs to be held in 2012 and 2013 in Greece.   

The Initiative for Heritage Conservancy was founded as a nonprofit organization in 2008 with the aim of promoting best practices in the management of archaeological sites in Greece and abroad, in order to preserve and enhance their cultural, economic and educational value.
