This grant supports the donation of 800 copies of a set of three scholarly books on the role of Greece in the revival of the modern Olympic games to the libraries of four-year academic institutions. The books include Wrestling With the Ancients: Modern Greek Identity and the Olympics, Days of 1896: Athens and the Invention of the Modern Olympic Games, and Olympic Revival: The Revival of the Olympic Games in Modern Times.
