The Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America, headquartered in the City of New York, is an Eparchy of the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople.  It is governed by the Archbishop and the Eparchial Synod of Bishops.Through divine worship, preaching, teaching, and by living the Orthodox Christian Faith, the Archdiocese serves as a beacon, carrier, and witness of the message of Christ to people living  in the United States.
