Operating support and construction

For general operating support for the institute IPEECA in Colombia and for construction of a new tailoring workshop. Currently the activities of the IPEECA tailoring workshop take place in the teaching and office rooms. The capital improvement project includes construction of a two-story schoolhouse with three teaching rooms, a storage room for sewing machines, a room for cutters and a selling area.  It is anticipated that 290 scholars will profit from the new workshop.

In 2005 the Emma Arnold – Stiftung Hoffnungsbaum was established with the goal of supporting the education project of the Parish Jesus Redentor and its officially recognized institution, "Insituto Parroquial Tecnico Ecologico Emma Cecilia Arnold (IPEECA)." The organization numbers 1,000 scholars in El Carmen de Bolivar in Colombia.
