Diakonie Austria

Program support

The grant supports the International Camp on Communication and Computers for people with motor disabilities at the Johannes Kepler University in Linz. This pilot project targets young people with motor disabilities from Austria, Greece, Serbia and North Macedonia offering workshops providing education and training in information and communication technology (ICT) and assistive technology (AT). It also provides a forum in which they can experience cultural diversity and intercultural dialogue, as well as online resources to enable them to stay in touch and disseminate their experience and findings.

Diakonie Austria is a not for profit organization founded in 2009 and is the legal entity behind the “Brot für die Welt” and “Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe” campaigns in Austria.
