This grant supports the Foster Care Excellence Fund, a collaborative effort to improve foster care services and outcomes in New York City by ensuring that more children in foster care live with relatives, recruiting and retaining qualified foster parents, and providing young people with the comprehensive services they need to thrive as adults.
