“Amymoni” is a pan-Hellenic association of parents, guardians and friends of people who are weak-sighted and who have various disabilities.

The association was established in 1993 by parents seeking to assert their children’s rights. It has been recognized as a philanthropic association and operates in Athens with the intention of expanding its services to the rest of the country. The association’s goals include supporting children’s education and rehabilitation as well as their parents’ social and psychological health.
