The grant supports the implementation of the Polar-Areas Stellar Imaging in Polarization High-Accuracy Experiment (PASIPHAE), an astrophysics research project studying the origins of the universe, including the construction of an innovative wide-field polarimeter which will be used at the Skinakas Observatory in Crete.
