Les Chats de Stella

This grant supports the construction of a nursery, the refurbishment of the infirmary, and the creation of an administrative room at the shelter, which welcomes hundreds of abandoned cats each year, providing care and adoption support, organizing sterilization campaigns, and advocating for animal rights in the local community.
