Leonard Cheshire Disability

This grant supports a project to improve access to primary education among children with disabilities in Kenya, Sudan, and Botswana; this three-year effort aims to contribute to achieving universal primary education in these three low-income countries, and is expected to enroll over 1,500 disabled children in local primary schools equipped with trained teachers and accessible classrooms and sanitation facilities and located in well-informed communities.
