Greek Orthodox Patriarchate of Jordan

This grant supports the construction of and the purchase of equipment for a new building for the Saint John the Baptist Church, an orthodox temple in Jordan close to the ruins of an ancient Christian church which, according to the New Testament, is at the site where Jesus Christ was baptized.
