Community Solutions

This grant supports the expansion of the organization's services to those at risk of homelessness, as well as documentation of the impact and cost savings of the Brownsville Partnership model, a comprehensive homelessness prevention partnership model implemented in the Brownsville neighborhood of New York City, in order to replicate the initiative in other communities.
