This grant supports the purchase of a Bio-Plex Suspension Array System to measure cytokine, which is crucial for assessing and detecting serious and life-threatening illnesses that are caused by specific pathogenic viruses; the new equipment will enable the laboratory’s research team to accelerate medical test results and to provide a rapid prognosis for patients.
