What’s a grant that’s stuck with you over time?
Being Greek and raised in France by Greek parents, I have this deep love for my homeland. I am very grateful to SNF for the grant made to the Greek Orthodox Church of our region. Indeed, this grant allowed a part of its renovation, including the construction of a bell tower. Thanks to this renovation, the Greek community of Nice and its surroundings can now be united in this wonderful place, sharing together our story and our traditions.
Has the nature of your work, as part of SNF’s work, changed over the years?
I started with SNF as Administrative – Office Assistant of the SNF Monaco office. As I’ve always wanted to help and develop myself, I started supporting some other domains, such as helping the Program Officers wherever I could, or the Financial Department doing administrative work.
What led you to join SNF?
My father being a Greek Orthodox Priest, I was raised with the value of always helping others. It was a foregone conclusion for me to enter SNF and be a part of this amazing team working hard to make its best effort to help nonprofit organizations.
