Stress, Sleep, and Resilience at the SNF Brain Insight Lecture
21 September 2020

It goes without saying that 2020 has been an exceptionally stressful year. But how does all this extra stress affect our sleep, our mental health, and our aging?

In the first virtual Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF) Brain Insight Lecture from Columbia University’s Zuckerman Institute, professors of psychology and social work offer perspectives on how stress affects our brains and how we can recover from its impacts. Register online on Monday, September 21 to attend the event, which will take place free and open to the public on Wednesday, September 23 at 6 p.m. EDT.

The Brain Insight Lecture Series is one of a few closely related educational initiatives at the Zuckerman institute supported by the SNF, which also include the Teacher-Scholar Program and the BRAINYAC program.
