The unprecedented times we’ve been living through in recent months have brought us all closer together—every country, every organization, every individual. Each effort made to alleviate the effects of the pandemic is significant and should be appreciated.
We would like to congratulate the Onassis Foundation for the ENTER project, which has given artists all over the world the opportunity to create works of art that will help us understand and learn from our present reality.
We want to give a special shout-out to Vassilis Kekatos’s contribution, the short film “As You Sleep the World Empties,” a work of art that touched us and made us think. Vassilis, who was one of the speakers at the first SNF DIALOGUES webcast on April 15, is an artist with a keenly insightful eye for the present moment, which lets him capture it in a sensitive, yet sharp and honest, manner.
Congratulations to Vassilis and to all artists that contributed to the venture.
