In the eyes of the children, the SNFCC looks like a big television set, or a “fantasticamazing television,” as they described it, which includes a huge library, an Opera House, a Lighthouse, a Park, and a Canal. Through the process of creating a Fanzine, the children also had the opportunity to get acquainted with author Marcel Proust, and answer a questionnaire as he had done as a teenager at the end of the 19th century. To the question “If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?” the children responded, “To have magic powers, so that we could help others!”
The educational program “A Fanzine for the SNFCC” is organized by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center, as part of its school programming, and is implemented free of charge thanks to the exclusive support of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation.
