13 DECEMBER 2018 / Leading Change Network Relaunch Event

On Sunday, December 16th, the Leading Change Network (LCN) will kick off a new phase of its work building organizing capacity around the world, supported by the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF).

The LCN Relaunch Event will feature keynote speakers Marshall Ganz, senior lecturer in public policy at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government, and Hahrie Han, Anton Vonk Professor of Environmental Politics at University of California Santa Barbara. Participants can choose from breakout sessions on topics including community organizing organizations and online teaching and learning. LCN will also present its plans for the coming year.

In the past six years, LCN affiliates have conducted hundreds of workshops for tens of thousands of people in 25 countries. The Relaunch Event follows a period of dormancy for the organization, which is reactivating its efforts to address new challenges to democracy around the world.
