Where is the fine line where food stops covering our most basic, everyday needs and becomes a vehicle of communication and inspiration? Renowned chefs and representatives of the food industry will provide answers to questions such as “do we feel full after a meal because of the quantity or the quality of the food? and “does flavor know any boundaries?” In addition during the event, details of the SNF’s latest grant on the agricultural field will be presented.

The discussion will be moderated by journalist Anna-Kynthia Bousdoukou.
