With the Stavros Niarchos Foundation's (SNF) support, the Hellenic Professionals Informatics Society (HePIS), in collaboration with a team of specialized professionals, implements an intensive ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) training program, aiming to enhance young people's both soft and hard skills, thereby bringing them closer to the labor market.

The "Journey2Jobs" program is addressed to graduates of Science Schools and provides free of charge 200 hours of training courses in specialized programming, as well as group and e-learning sessions for the development of competencies and skill sets that align with the needs of the labor market.

The program is implemented with a grant from the SNF and is part of the Foundation’s Recharging the Youth initiative, aiming to provide new opportunities for the younger generation in Greece.

According to the results of the program's one-year pilot implementation phase, more that 60% of the young programmers that participated are now employed on a full-time basis.
