23 MARCH 2017 / Presentation of the Photographic Essay by Yiorgis Yerolympos: Ortographs

On Thursday, March 30th at 19:30 at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) the presentation of the photographic essay book by Yiorgis Yerolymbos, which traces the construction of the SNFCC complex designed by the architect Renzo Piano, will take place.

Offering a unique account of the project’s development over time, the book captures the enormous effort to turn the vision into reality. The large format invites readers to immerse themselves in Yerolymbos’ photography, and texts by acclaimed architects and critics hail the importance of the SNFCC and its role in transforming the physical and cultural topography of Athens.

The publication of the book was made possible with funding from the SNF.
