16th Symposium Aristotelicum

On Sunday, July 27th the 16th Symposium Aristotelicum is taking place in Delphi, organized by the European Cultural Center of Delphi, with the SNF’s support. The Symposium, an internationally acclaimed event, includes the participation of the most prominent specialists on the study of the philosophy of Aristotle. The Symposium is taking place in Greece for the first time and will focus on Aristotle’s Physics, one of the basic texts of his philosophy.

The European Cultural center of Delphi was established in 1977. It falls under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture and under the auspices of the European Council. The organization aims to showcase the common cultural elements of the European population, by organizing symposiums, conferences and international meetings, as well as through scientific research and the publication of studies on European culture.
