Gala for The National Herald’s 100th Year Anniversary where Andreas Dracopoulos, Co-President of the SNF was honored

On May 22, The National Herald celebrated its one hundred year anniversary with a gala at the New York Public Library in New York City. Over 400 distinguished guests from the United States, Greece, and Cyprus attended, and Stavros Niarchos Foundation co-President Mr. Andreas Dracopoulos was honored.

The National Herald is the only daily Greek language publication in North America. It is addressed to readers who want to know what is going on in the Greek-American community and Hellenic diaspora, as well as in Greece and Cyprus. It presents news, opinions, and feature stories of paramount interest to Greek-Americans. Ethnikos Kyrix/National Herald Foundation was formed for the charitable and educational purposes of promoting and supporting Greek culture and heritage, and preserving Greek cultural, racial, regional, linguistic, and religious traditions.
