National Herald – “Andreas Dracopoulos – Human Greatness!”

The National Herald hosts an op-ed on the Co-President of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation (SNF), Mr. Andreas Dracopoulos, written by the President of the Board of the St. Demetrios Greek American School in Astoria, Mr. Nikos Andriotis.

Referring to Mr. Dracopoulos’ speech during the delivery ceremony of the Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) to the Greek State, Mr. Andriotis focuses on the important public benefit purpose activities and contributions of the SNF, with a global presence in 112 nations, as mentioned in the article, while paying special tribute to the role of Mr. Dracopoulos in guiding the philosophy and work of the Foundation.

Mr. Andriotis, who refers to the SNF’s Co-President as “great Man” and a “great Benefactor”, highlights Mr. Dracopoulos’ moral standing, vision and work, and expresses his gratitude, as well as feelings of pride, hope and optimism regarding the possibilities and prospects for Greece.
