VSA Arts

This grant supports the 2004 International Arts Festival in Washington, D.C., which showcases the work of artists with disabilities, promotes integration and access to the arts and arts education, and facilitates international exchange related to the intersection of the arts, education, and community; all events at the festival are open to the public free-of-charge.
