The grant supports the “Rough Sleeper Space” services offering a comprehensive approach to address clients' social and medical needs, get them into a support scheme involving a network of partners, with the ultimate objective to secure an appropriate tenancy and become independent members of their community.

The Spires Centre was established in 1990 in the area of Streatham, in Lambeth Borough, South London. It supports homeless and disadvantaged people through a range of services including the “Rough Sleeper Space”, the Adult Learning Program as well as Streetlink, a specific to support street-based sex workers and women victims of violence.
