The Royal Parks Foundation

Program support

For the Horizon Program, a new Education and Community Program aiming to increase and widen engagement with disadvantaged, vulnerable, under-privileged and hard-to-reach communities; inspire deep collaborative partnership to bring disparate groups together; and strengthen best-practice and initiatives to create new opportunities for cross-cultural development and knowledge exchange in the UK and abroad. The program will support and inspire over 5,000 children, seniors and targeted community members by providing a “breath of fresh air” to groups in social isolation and urban lock-in from its facility in the heart of London’s Royal Parks.

The Royal Parks Foundation aims to help protect and maintain London’s eight Royal Parks, as well as to reach out and make them part of most people’s lives. A large part of the Foundation’s work is focused on the protection of wildlife, heritage conservation and sustainability.
