Program support

To build the capacity of the Access Project, with the addition of a Head of External Relations position over two years. The new role will contribute to the strategic plan for growth of the organisation by building multi-year partnerships with a significant number of new companies.

Started as a pilot project in 2008, and formally established as a charity in 2011, The Access Project strives to improve the chances of the least-privileged young people in reaching the UK's most-selective universities. The charity does this by matching volunteer tutors with motivated students from disadvantaged areas for one-to-one tutorials. This program aims to both raise students’ grades and give them relevant insight into the workplace at some of the country's major companies.
