Program Support

The grant supports a program titled “New Agriculture for a New Generation” Recharging Greek Youth to Revitalize the Agriculture and Food Sector of the Greek Economy” aimed at analyzing the Greek agricultural landscape and designing the tools that will assist in equipping the Greek youth with the knowledge, skills and resources needed in the specific field. 

The grant will be implemented by Rutgers University, which was founded in 1766 and has since become one of the most renowned educational institutions in the agricultural field. Rutgers operates 300 research centers, employs 24,000 faculty members and enrolls 65,000.
