Queens Library Foundation

Program support
To support emergency relief work in Queens following Superstorm Sandy.

Incorporated in 1988, the Queens Library Foundation supports the tens of thousands of free programs and services offered by the 62 Queens Library locations that serve 2.3 million people annually. Six branches were impacted by Hurricane Sandy and Queens Library’s Emergency Assistance Distribution Center at the Far Rockaway Community Library is providing desperately needed supplies to those most affected.
