To cover the salaries of the special trainers in order to educate adults, who live throughout Attica, on orientation, mobility and daily living skills, over a period of two years.

The Panhellenic Association of the Blind was established in 1932 and it is the first organization of the blind for the blind and for all other people with disabilities in Greece. It is a member of European and International Organizations, namely the European Blind Union and the World Blind Union. Since 1985, it operates in accordance with federal standards, covering geographically the whole country with nine regional Unions, enabling each blind individual to have access to information related to blindness and to joint efforts made for social and human rights.
