Program Support

For the New York Hall of Science’s signature youth development program, the Science Career Ladder which prepares high-school and college students from ethnically diverse communities across New York City for careers in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics).

Established in 1964, NYSCI is one of the nation’s leading science and technology centers. Its mission is to bring the excitement of understanding of STEM to children, families, and teachers by spurring their curiosity and offering them creative, participatory ways to learn. Located in Queens, the most ethnically diverse country in the U.S. and a first stop for many immigrant communities, NYSCI reaches 500,000 visitors annually.
