Renovations and equipment
For renovations and equipment. The Shelter was established in Central Greece in 1989 to promote the protection, therapeutic treatment, nutrition, professional proficiency and promotion in the workforce of children and young adults with special needs.

The shelter hosts twenty-eight mildly mentally disabled children between the ages of 13-28.  They are educated at the shelter and given therapeutic treatments and dieting and integration support designed to facilitate social rehabilitation. The services are provided at no charge to the children’s families.  The unit operates five days per week during working hours, enabling parents to leave their children at a secure and healthy place during the weekdays.
