For renovating the center’s oldest building and creating an "autonomous living" laboratory.

The Margarita Vocational Training Center was established in 1979 at the initiative of a mother of a child with Down syndrome. The Center offers vocational training adapted to the needs of people with mild and moderate learning disabilities. Students are admitted to the Center between the ages of 12 and 21 following an assessment by a group of experts. The Center currently trains 100 individuals ages 12 to 50.
