For the establishment and operation of a Network for the Care of Homeless Addicted People. 
KETHEA was founded in 1983 and is a legal entity of private law, supervised by the Ministry of Health & Social Solidarity. KETHEA is mainly active in therapy, offering its services to more than 3,000 addicts and their family members annually, using a nation-wide network of 90 units located in Athens and across the country. All programs are offered free of charge and include counseling, immediate intervention programs, therapy, education and vocational training, social integration and employment. KETHEA is also active in the fields of primary prevention, education and research. Furthermore, it has attained special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) and is one of the principal organizations to implement the National Action Plan on Drugs.
