This grant supports the research program “Study of the Mutations and Polymorphisms of the Breast Cancer Genes (BRCA 1,2) and the Clinical Impact on the Greek Population,” conducted by the hospital's Molecular Biology Department, Diagnostic and Research Laboratory; the findings from the program will improve scientists’ understanding of breast cancer and enhance clinical practice both in Greece and abroad.
