Holy Archdiocese of Athens

For urgent building repair works and structural re-enforcements of the building for relocating the main library of the Greek Orthodox Church.

The Holy Archdiocese of Athens is located in a very old and traditional building in the center of Athens.  It was constructed soon after World War II (in the early 1950’s) and the Ministry of Culture classifies it as a historic building. The library houses many rare books and letters, manuscripts, photographs and maps dating from the very early years of the church in Greece.
