This grant covers tuition fees for over five thousand students for the 2012–2013 and 2013–2014 academic years to enable them to attend nursery and kindergarten schools, day care, and creative learning centers, as part of the European Union program on reconciling work and family life, which aims to promote equal participation of mothers in employment.
