The Greek-French College "De La Salle," founded in 1888, is a nonprofit educational institution that has 560 students who attend kindergarten through high school.

It falls under the auspices of the Holy Monastery De La Salle of the Catholic Church. Its main purpose is to provide students with a humanistic and Christian education based on the theories of the founder, which have been adapted to modern society. The school places an emphasis on students who come from less privileged families.

This grant, as all grants made in the Spring of 2007, is dedicated to the memory of Mary A. Dracopoulos, sister of our late founder, Stavros S. Niarchos.
