Program support
To support Service Women’s Action Network’s Legal and Social Service Referral Helpline. The Legal and Social Service Referral Helpline gives women veterans the support that they need upon return from combat by providing guidance and referrals from a woman veteran Caseworker and a Legal Director.

Founded by a group of women veterans in 2007, Service Women’s Action Network (SWAN) is the leading U.S. organization that focuses on the needs and issues faced by women in the U.S. Military.

The Fund for the City of New York was established by the Ford Foundation in 1968. The Fund created the Incubator/Partner Project Program in the early 1990s to provide support to start-up organizations so that they can concentrate their energy and resources on programs and fundraising. Service Women’s Action Network’s financials are administered by the Fund for the City of New York.
