Fund for Public Health in New York City

This grant supports the Fund for Public Health in New York City’s pandemic response, which includes a variety of programs for mental health and physical health needs of the most vulnerable New Yorkers.
 
Established in 2002 by the City of New York, the Fund for Public Health in New York City is an independent, nonprofit organization that connects the New York City Department of Health with public and private sector partners to build public health programs that make New York City healthier and safer.

This grant is part of SNF’s global relief initiative aiming to help alleviate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
