EMERGENCY Life Support for Civilian War Victims ONG Onlus

Emergency relief
This grant supports EMERGENCY in running permanent and mobile care clinics in nine regions of Italy, enabling the organization to reach over 8,000 patients who would otherwise lack access to information and essential care during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Founded in Milan in 1994, EMERGENCY offers quality free healthcare to those affected by poverty, war, landmines, and other crises, pursuing a human-rights-based philosophy of medicine. The organization also works to build hospitals and train local staff in the areas it works.

This grant is part of SNF’s global relief initiative aiming to help alleviate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic.
