City Parks Foundation

Program support
For support and expansion of parks-based education initiatives for public school students and teachers throughout New York City.

The City Parks Foundation was created in 1989 to support the vast majority of New York City’s parks that are without access to private resources. The organization works to revitalize New York City’s parks and the neighborhoods that surround them through free, high-quality programming focused on education, sports, arts and community building. The City Parks Foundation encourages local residents to connect with their parks and recreation centers.
