Founded in 2009, the Child Mind Institute aims to systematically and scientifically tackle the challenges we face in child and adolescent psychiatry, and to transform child mental health worldwide. The Scientific Research Council is comprised of distinguished scientists in the field of child and adolescent psychiatry, psychology, neuroscience, and neurology. Conceived of as a multi-institutional, scientific “think-tank” with global influence, the Council makes programmatic recommendations to the Child Mind Institute regarding future research directions and priorities.
