CARE France

Program support

For improving access to water, hygiene and sanitation in 11 rural primary schools in the regions of Casablanca and the Orientale, Morocco. The project is an extension of work begun in 2007 by Care France in collaboration with Care International Morocco. Each school will be connected to a water network and equipped with washbasins and toilets as well as an ecological system for treating waste waters. Through dedicated activities and brochures, the project also includes raising awareness of hygiene and the importance of preserving the environment.

Founded in 1945, CARE is an international network that fights global poverty. The organization brings help to victims of natural catastrophes and conflicts and continually expands its domains of intervention. Created in 1983, the Association CARE France provides assistance and support in various fields including education, health care, food sustenance, and water and sanitation for the most vulnerable people all around the world.
