Born Free

Program support

The grant supports Born Free’s efforts to eliminate mother-to-child transmission of HIV in Kenya and Tanzania.

Born Free is a private sector-led initiative, established in 2011. The organization invests in catalytic talent management to accelerate the global effort to eliminate mother to child transmission (eMTCT) of HIV. Born Free recruits, develops, and empowers local African talent who work behind the scenes to drive change within their own governments toward eMTCT in the countries that are most challenged to reach elimination.
