Support for equipment procurement and the upgrade of the multimedia section dedicated to visually impaired users. The objective is to bring new technologies to visually impaired people and to give them a better and wider access to culture and communication.

The “Louis Nucéra” Library is a municipal library with regional reach that opened to the public in 2002. Its 10,600m² premises include a large book section, a children’s section, and music and video sections. It also comprises a multimedia section with free web access as well as an auditorium and an exhibition space. All services are free of charge.
