For general operating support and the acquisition of refrigeration equipment for the organization’s food distribution platform in St. Andiol in the North of the Bouche du Rhône department. The objective is to organize in this area a mini food bank for the distribution of food through the local associations, for the benefit of about 6,000 people in financial difficulties.

The Banque Alimentaire des Bouches du Rhône, created in 1986, is fighting against food waste and hunger. It is affiliated to the French Federation of Food Banks and is one of the largest out of 79 French Food Banks.
